التعذيب في إسرائيل
من المؤكد، أننا في اللجنة العامة لمناهضة التعذيب نعالج سنويًا عشرات الشكاوى من أشخاص تعرضوا للتعذيب القاسي خلال تحقيقات الشاباك.
يشمل التعذيب تقييد الأطراف المؤلم، والحرمان من النوم، والتعريض للحرارة العالية أو للبرودة الشديدة، والتحرش الجنسي، والإهانة على خلفية دينية.
كما أن انتهاكات حقوق الأسرى سواء المواطنين أم السكان غير المواطنين في إسرائيل هي حالة دائمة، وهي ممنوعة أيضًا بموجب ذات القوانين والأنظمة التي تحظر التعذيب.

So what have we seen over the past month?✖️ The decision by the United Nations Secretary-General to include Israel on the blacklist of parties responsible for conflict-related sexual violence.
✖️ The abuse of Gaza flotilla detainees, who testified upon returning to their home countries about severe mistreatment, including sexual abuse they experienced at the hands of Israeli security forces, alongside a filmed visit by the Minister of National Security to the detention facility, where detainees were seen handcuffed on the floor in a degrading and abusive manner.
✖️ A report published by the UN Special Rapporteur on Torture, stating that Palestinian detainees face an increased risk of torture and sexual violence. The Rapporteur called on Israel to conduct credible investigations and review and revise its detention laws, policies, and procedures. As of the publication date (May 2026), the authorities had not yet responded.
✖️ An investigative report by a veteran and highly respected journalist in one of the world's leading and most trusted newspapers, documenting systematic sexual abuse of Palestinian detainees by soldiers and prison guards in Israeli detention facilities.
And all of this is happening while approximately 9,300 Palestinians remain imprisoned in conditions of overcrowding, hunger, disease, and isolation from the outside world, suffering torture, assaults, and daily humiliation — often including sexual abuse.
This reality must not be allowed to continue. Israel must immediately restore family visits for detainees and unrestricted access for the International Committee of the Red Cross to all detainees and prisoners, end the prison state of emergency, and stop using detainees as tools for propaganda or revenge.

אז מה היה לנו בחודש האחרון?✖️ החלטת המזכירות הכללית של האו״ם לכלול את ישראל ב״רשימה השחורה״ של אלימות מינית באזורי סכסוך.
✖️ ההתעללות בעצורי המשט לעזה, שהעידו עם שובם למדינותיהם על אלימות חמורה, כולל פגיעות מיניות שחוו מצד כוחות הביטחון, וביקור מצולם של השר לביטחון פנים במתקן המעצר, כשהם כפותים על הרצפה באופן מבזה ומתעלל.
✖️ מסמך שפרסמה הדווחת המיוחדת של האו"ם בנושא עינויים, לפיו עצורים פלסטינים מצויים בסיכון מוגבר לעינויים ואלימות מינית. הדווחית קראה לישראל לחקור את העדויות, ולבחון ולעדכן את חוקי המעצר, המדיניות והנהלים שלה. נכון למועד הפרסום (מאי 2026), הרשויות עדיין לא הגיבו.
✖️ כתבת תחקיר של עיתונאי ותיק ומוערך באחד העיתונים החשובים והמהימנים בעולם, על התעללות מינית שיטתית של חיילים וסוהרים כלפי עצורים פלסטינים במתקני המעצר בישראל.
וכל זה קורה כאשר כ-9,300 פלסטינים עדיין כלואים בתנאים של צפיפות, רעב, מחלות ובידוד מהעולם החיצוני, וסובלים מעינויים, תקיפות והשפלות יום-יומיות - פעמים רבות, גם מיניות.
ההכחשה ועצימת העיניים הן רעות חולות, המבטאות כשל מוסרי עמוק של חברה שהפכה קהת חושים לסבל שנעשה בשמה. אסור שהמציאות הזו תימשך. ישראל מוכרחה להחזיר מיד את ביקורי משפחות העצורים, ואת ביקורי הצלב האדום לכלל העצורים והמוחזקים כאן, ביטול מצב החירום הכליאתי ובהפסקת השימוש בעצורים ככלי לתעמולה או לנקמה.
