This morning, Ashraf Abu Rahma, who was shot by IDF soldiers in Ni’lin while handcuffed and blindfolded, together with the Israeli human rights organizations B'Tselem, the Association for Civil Rights in Israel (ACRI), the Public Committee Against Torture in Israel, and Yesh Din filed an urgent petition to the High Court of Justice against the Judge Advocate General’s decision to prosecute the battalion commander, Lt. Col. Omri Borberg, and the soldier who fired the shot, Staff Sgt. L, for “unbecoming conduct,” a light offense that does not result in a criminal record.

5 prisoners, their relatives and 10 Israeli and Palestinian human rights organizations petitioned the Supreme Court calling for the immediate renewal of the visits.

Nine human rights organizations, Israeli and Palestinian, including PCATI, petitioned Israel's High Court demanding that the Defense Minister stop restricting fuel supply to the Gaza Strip as part of a policy of collective punishment.

Five Human Rights organizations filed a petition to the High court of Justice against the General Security Service (GSS), the Israel Police and the Attorney General demanding that the use of family members as means of exhorting pressure on suspects during interrogations by state authorities be absolutely prohibited 

The law allows for the arrest of suspects for long periods without any judicial oversight, for deliberations to take place in their absence, and for the decision to extend their detention to be concealed from them

PCATI filed a petition to the High Court of Justice against the Judge Advocate General, Brigadier General Avi Mandelblit, demanding an investigation into the killing of Issa Debabseh.
