Hebrew University Panel marking release of PCATI Report on Incommunicado Detention.
PCATI's new report, "When the Exception Becomes the Rule" details the brutal trampling of basic due process rights by the State of Israel. The report exposes before the public and the legal establishment the manner in which security detainees are routinely held incommunicado, with no contact with attorneys or anyone else in the outside world. This treatment is immoral and sets the stage for torture and ill treatment.
