The EMHRN Working Group on Human Rights Education, of which PCATI is a member, conducted a summer school on HRE methodologies in the context of conflict.

Louis Frankenthaler, PCATI's International Advocacy and Resource Director delivered a paper called "The Tortured Reasoning of the Occupation" which generated much discussion and, in addition, led a workshop on using "mock trials" in HRE.

The workshop focused on the issue of soldier violence using the video of a soldier shooting the restrained and blindfolded Palestinian detainee that B'tselem made public.
