The four-part educational series on cinema and human rights will include the screening of new films on various issues concerning human rights in Israel and the world.
An expert will give background information at the beginning of each session and, after the film, a lecture and discussion will be held led by Tali Zilberstein, a lecturer on film and cinema.
The meetings will be held at the Kerem Institute, 7 Avida Street, Jerusalem, on Friday 14.3.08, 11.4.08, 2.5.08, and 13.6.08, at 10:00-13:00.
Participants must register in advance and pay a token registration fee of 50 Shekels to cover a part of the program’s expenses.
