Administrative detention of Hassan Mustafa Hassan Zaga, field researcher for PCATI, shortened to 4 months
Today, 2 February 2006, Judge Adrian Agasi of the Ofer Military court handed down his decision regarding the administrative detention of Hassan Mustafa Hassan Zaga. The Court upheld the decision to place Mr. Zaga in administrative but shortened the period of detention to four months.

Today, 22 May 2006, upheld the decision to extend the administrative detention of PCATI field researcher, Hassan Zaga, by an additional 4 months. Mr. Zaga was arrested in January 2006 and placed in administrative detention for a period of 6 months. This period was shortened to 4 months following the intervention of PCATI’s Legal Director, Attorney Eliahu Abram. Mr. Zaga is being held at the Ketziot Detention Center. Mr. Zaga was not informed of the grounds for his detention, nor was he interrogated since his arrest.
